Gasgoo Munich- Noetix Robotics has officially signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with JD.com. The two companies will collaborate deeply on product design, user operations, and channel expansion, aiming to grow the user base for Noetix Robotics’s entire product lineup to over one million within the next three years.
A leading player in consumer-grade humanoid robots, Noetix Robotics first teamed up with JD.com during the 2026 CCTV Spring Festival Gala. The offline showcase at JD MALL drove a noticeable uptick in sales at the time. This new agreement marks an escalation from tentative trials to a long-term strategic alliance.

Operationally, the partnership will advance simultaneously across three dimensions: product, service, and channel.
On the product front, JD.com will leverage its technological capabilities and platform data to optimize the intelligent interaction of Noetix Robotics’s lineup. The focus is on strengthening multimodal response capabilities for scenarios like early childhood education and emotional companionship. Additionally, using anonymized user data, the two will jointly refine product definitions to better align with market demand.
Regarding services, the partners will build a full-cycle user system covering awareness, consultation, and after-sales support. The goal is to enhance service efficiency and build reputation among consumer-end users.
For channels, Noetix Robotics will tap into JD.com’s domestic and international platforms to expand globally. Offline, the collaboration will extend to JD MALL and AI experience stores, deploying humanoid robots in diverse settings such as education, guidance, and commercial services.
Noetix Robotics's current flagship consumer product, "Xiaobumi," has established core competencies in education, companionship, and programming, partnering with content platforms like Coding Cat and Himalaya. While deepening its presence in consumer scenarios, the company is also refining solutions for the business market, creating a dual-coverage strategy across home and commercial environments.
As the humanoid robot sector enters the deep waters of commercialization, the synergy between Noetix Robotics and JD.com could offer a replicable, scalable path for the industry. With a target of reaching one million users over the next three years, this partnership may mark a pivotal moment as Chinese humanoid robots move toward the mass market.
