This collaboration will fuse Noetix Robotics' expertise in humanoid robot R&D, intelligent interaction, and motion control with TAOWHALE's strengths in multi-agent coordination, tourism innovation, and content asset management. Together, they aim to build a standardized deployment framework for embodied intelligence across scenic spots, venues, and cultural tourism complexes.
Looking ahead, the companies will anchor their efforts in real-world projects and actual needs. The goal is to evolve humanoid robots from single-function tools into a three-pronged transformation: intelligent nodes for cultural dissemination, precise touchpoints for visitor services, and digital hubs for park operations. This approach seeks a practical, evolving path for embodied intelligence applications that drives high-quality growth in the tourism sector.

For instance, the partners will tailor service tasks and interaction protocols to the specific spatial layout and operational needs of each site. Once deployed, the robots will assume area-specific duties, integrating seamlessly with the park’s existing service infrastructure.
At entrances, visitor centers, and exhibition halls, robots will handle intelligent greeting, information inquiries, and wayfinding. Visitors can access details on operating hours, event schedules, facilities, and tour recommendations via voice commands, touchscreens, or on-site activation.
In shops, themed zones, and event spaces, the collaboration will explore robot shopping guides, automated coffee services, and creative merchandise sales. Aligned with the park’s cultural themes, the robots can introduce specialty beverages, themed goods, and limited-edition souvenirs. Where equipment allows, they may even participate in ordering, preparation, and delivery workflows.
For elderly visitors, individuals with disabilities, and those with limited mobility, the companies will develop accessible smart service scenarios. Using voice interaction, robots can offer clearer navigation guidance and help locate accessible routes, rest areas, restrooms, medical stations, and service desks.
