Gasgoo Munich- Stellantis announced two senior appointments late on July 23 to bolster its management team across China and the Asia-Pacific region, while accelerating the execution of its value creation plan.
Effective August 3, 2026, Xin Tianshu will become head of China and the Asia-Pacific region for Stellantis, reporting directly to Chief Executive Officer Antonio Filosa. He will also officially join the Stellantis Leadership Team (SLT), expanding his authority from China to the entire Asia-Pacific region.

Xin had already been appointed Chief Operating Officer for China and head of the Stellantis-Leapmotor Strategic Alliance in February 2025. Furthermore, he has served as Chief Executive Officer of the Leapmotor International joint venture since November 2023. His career spans 30 years across operations management, strategy, business development, M&A, sales, and marketing in various industries.
Following the restructuring, former China head Grégoire Olivier has been appointed Strategic Advisor and will report to Xin Tianshu.

Pablo Di Si
Meanwhile, Stellantis has named Pablo Di Si as Chief Performance Officer, also effective August 3, 2026. In this newly defined leadership role, Di Si will report to CEO Antonio Filosa and spearhead the execution of the group's value creation plan to help drive and achieve business objectives.
Di Si brings extensive international management experience to the automotive sector, with a proven track record in driving operational excellence, turnarounds, and commercial performance. He has also led comprehensive corporate transformations within complex global organizations. Most recently, he served as President and CEO of Volkswagen Group of America.
