Gasgoo Munich- VOYAH has officially kicked off a major capacity upgrade for 2026, targeting a production rate of 60 units per hour at its Yunfeng plant, Gasgoo learned on January 16. The overhaul focuses on core production lines. Once finished, the combined capacity of the Golden Factory and Yunfeng will hit 90 JPH — effectively rolling one vehicle off the assembly line every 40 seconds.

Jiang Tao, General Manager of VOYAH, revealed at the launch meeting that the company delivered 150,169 vehicles in 2025 — an 87% surge from the previous year. This production line upgrade is designed to provide the manufacturing backbone needed to break through sales targets and fulfill orders in 2026.
VOYAH's smart manufacturing ecosystem forms the bedrock of this capacity ramp-up. The Yunfeng plant boasts China's first fully localized new-energy vehicle production line, achieving complete autonomy over software systems, hardware equipment, and control protocols. In the stamping shop, a flexible steel-aluminum line keeps assembly precision within 0.1mm, monitored in real-time by millisecond-level blue light measurement systems. The welding shop utilizes adaptive spot welding and digital monitoring of electrode cap maintenance, ensuring a 100% pass rate for weld points. Meanwhile, the general assembly shop employs Atlas servo tightening tools to manage over 3,600 tightening points, achieving torque precision of 0.01 N·m with critical data traceable for a decade.

Even as it ramps up output, VOYAH is doubling down on green manufacturing. The Golden Factory runs on a power system comprising 45,000 photovoltaic panels, generating roughly 20 million kWh of green electricity annually and cutting carbon dioxide emissions by over 11,600 tons. The painting process has also integrated microbial treatment technology for paint sludge to further minimize environmental impact.
To sustain growing orders, VOYAH implemented a double-shift production system starting in July 2025. By the end of last year, cumulative production surpassed 300,000 units, with December alone setting a rapid-response record of delivering 5,000 units of a single model in just 26 days. The upcoming upgrade at Yunfeng will further bolster flexible manufacturing and order-driven capabilities, building momentum for the brand's next phase of growth.
