On the revenue front, OPmobility generated 5.8 billion euros in the first half — an organic increase of 0.4% compared to the same period in 2025. While modest, this growth highlights the resilience of its core business amid a slowing global auto market and widening regional disparities.
Operating profit came in at 251 million euros, yielding a margin of 4.8% as profitability held steady. Even as rising raw material costs and labor expenses squeezed margins across the sector, OPmobility managed to safeguard its earnings quality.
Net profit reached 102 million euros, up 12 million euros from a year earlier — a modest gain. More notably, free cash flow was robust, hitting 167 million euros, or 3.2% of revenue.
Commenting on the results, OPmobility Chief Executive Officer Félicie Burelle said the company had once again validated its diversification strategy, while also demonstrating the team's agility and adaptability in navigating market volatility.
All things considered, OPmobility turned in a solid performance for the first half of 2026. As the industry races toward electrification and intelligence, the company's steady financials and strong cash flow provide ample buffer against potential uncertainty in the second half. Looking ahead, investors will be watching for further moves in new energy-related businesses and global capacity expansion.
