Gasgoo Munich- OYMotion Technology and Melexis have forged a strategic partnership to collaborate on robot perception and control. The deal aims to fuse OYMotion's strength in system integration and scenario-based solutions with Melexis's core sensor technology, accelerating the development of critical components for embodied AI robots.
Founded in 2015, OYMotion Technology specializes in the convergence of neural interfaces and embodied AI, having built full-stack R&D and manufacturing capabilities ranging from core components to complete machines. Leveraging proprietary AI algorithms for EMG/EEG signal decoding, along with lightweight, high-degree-of-freedom dexterous hands and human-machine interaction systems, the company has secured a spot in the top tier of domestic dexterous hand suppliers—dubbed the "Four Little Dragons" by the industry. Its products now span diverse sectors including education, research, neuro-rehabilitation, humanoid robotics, and industrial automation, reflecting deep accumulation in product deployment, scenario adaptation, and local market expertise.

Specifically, OYMotion's ROHand series has evolved into three distinct product lines, ranking among the leaders in domestic shipments. The ROH-AP001 boasts integrated tactile perception, while the ROH-LiteS001 is driving industry penetration with its lightweight design and cost efficiency. Furthermore, rehabilitation exoskeleton products developed on the same technology platform are gradually entering commercialization, creating a synergistic dynamic between the company's medical and robotics businesses.
On the back of this portfolio, OYMotion has established long-term partnerships with numerous leading domestic robot manufacturers, making its dexterous hands a standard component across several core models. To meet surging demand, the company has built its own facility in Zhuhai, achieving mass production with capacity currently expanding further.
Meanwhile, OYMotion is actively expanding its global footprint. Its products have entered validation and cooperation phases in regions including Europe, Japan, and South Korea, supported by a newly established global supply chain and after-sales system as the company aims to become a core player in the international market.
