Gasgoo Munich- On April 2, Gasgoo reported, citing the "Shanghai Jiading" WeChat account, that Anting Town in Shanghai's Jiading District recently signed a cooperation framework agreement with Shanghai Deruili Technology Co., Ltd. Delian Group has officially anchored its East China project in Anting. With a planned investment of 100 million yuan, the initiative aims to build a comprehensive service complex for automotive new materials, serving as the group's core hub for deepening its presence in the East China automotive cluster.

As a key move to expand in East China, the group established Shanghai Deruili Technology Co., Ltd. in Anting to focus on product R&D and the construction of online and offline sales networks. The group had already planted roots in Anting with Shanghai Delian Chemical Co., Ltd., specializing in the production and sales of automotive fine chemicals for years. Its portfolio spans antifreeze, brake fluid, and various other categories.
The initiative will roll out in stages. The first phase focuses on technical development, consulting, and technology transfer for automotive fine chemicals, while establishing a sales footprint in East China for lubricants and new catalytic materials. Later stages will target supply chain management and digital service capabilities. The goal is to build a sales and technical service network covering automotive manufacturing and new energy clusters in Shanghai and the Yangtze River Delta, catering to the diverse and customized needs of regional enterprises.
Delian Group said that following the establishment of Shanghai Deruili Technology Co., Ltd., it will ramp up R&D investment and refine its sales channels. The project is projected to achieve annual sales of 200 million yuan. By integrating technology and channels, the group aims to deliver specialized industrial services to the automotive sector.
