Gasgoo Munich- Shanghai Qiaohong Ruike Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. has signed an agreement to establish operations in Anting, Jiading. With a total investment of 150 million yuan, the project focuses on high-end five-axis linkage CNC machine tools. It aims to reach full production within 36 months, targeting an annual capacity of 5,000 units and 1 billion yuan in output value.

Acting as the Shanghai headquarters for Jiangsu Qiaohong Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., Qiaohong Ruike will establish a high-end five-axis machine tool R&D hub, a global marketing center for industrial mother machines, a digital platform, and a full lifecycle service center in Anting. The structure follows a cross-regional model: R&D and operations in Anting, smart manufacturing elsewhere. On the academic front, the company is partnering with the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology to launch a joint laboratory for high-end five-axis industrial mother machines and a talent training base for master's and doctoral students. Together, they will tackle technical challenges such as multi-axis linkage algorithms and thermal stiffness topology optimization. The company's flagship five-axis machines can perform continuous precision machining of complex curved surfaces in a single clamping, catering to the manufacturing needs of new energy vehicle battery and motor housings, lightweight chassis components, and humanoid robot joints.
For market expansion, Qiaohong Ruike plans to connect with automakers and parts suppliers across Anting and the Yangtze River Delta. By offering process adaptation and trial cutting verification—with a promise of "on-site arrival within two hours and same-day testing"—the company aims to cut procurement and maintenance costs for automakers by over 20%. Additionally, the project targets exports to Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Eastern Europe. The parent company, Jiangsu Qiaohong Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., already operates three smart manufacturing bases in Kunshan and Huai'an (Jiangsu), and Lu'an (Anhui). It holds over 30 core invention patents, and its flagship DFA series of high-end five-axis machining centers has mastered key technologies like multi-axis linkage RTCP tool tip following.
