Qijing Auto outlined plans to roll out two new models by 2026, the company announced on February 26 during the recent Guangzhou High-Quality Development Conference.
The first model is positioned as a next-generation intelligent shooting brake coupe, having already cleared key hurdles like extreme winter testing. As Qijing's debut project, the vehicle is touted as a "three-million-yuan" shooting brake, boasting styling, handling, and intelligence that rival million-yuan benchmarks. It will feature Huawei's Qiankun L3 conditional autonomous driving hardware architecture, with an official market launch and deliveries slated for June 2026.

Meanwhile, according to a previous Q&A session from the company, Qijing is accelerating its retail rollout. Stores are expected to begin trial operations by the end of April this year, with full openings starting in early May. Display units of the shooting brake coupe will arrive simultaneously, allowing consumers to experience the vehicle firsthand — a model the company claims boasts "million-yuan aesthetics."
On the distribution front, Qijing aims to establish a network of over 300 stores across 70 cities before the first model hits the market. The network will comprise two formats: 100 user centers offering end-to-end service covering pre-sales, sales, and after-sales; and 200 experience centers — including direct-operated flagship stores — located in prime urban districts to facilitate test drives and vehicle viewing.
Qijing represents the deepened partnership between GAC and Huawei. The two companies began working jointly in January 2025 to develop luxury intelligent new-energy vehicles priced around the 300,000-yuan mark. The brand operates independently of GAC's existing lineup — which includes Trumpchi, Aion, and Hyper — and is managed jointly through a project entity known as GH.
