Following the six core electrification rankings, this report further examines China's new energy passenger vehicle e-drive and power semiconductor supply chain. According to Gasgoo Automotive Research Institute, competition intensified from January to July 2026, with rankings for three-in-one main drive systems, highly integrated main drive systems, power modules, IGBT modules, and SiC power modules highlighting three trends: diverging integration routes, faster adoption of domestic suppliers, and growing competition in third-generation semiconductors.

Tesla led the three-in-one main drive segment, while INOVANCE Automotive, NIO, and Lixiang gained ground. FinDreams Powertrain led the highly integrated segment, domestic suppliers strengthened their positions in power modules and IGBT modules, and foreign suppliers remained ahead in SiC, with local players continuing to close the gap.

From January to July 2026, China's new energy pure-electric passenger vehicle three-in-one main drive system market remained led by foreign players, while local suppliers continued to gain ground. Tesla ranked first with 266,647 sets installed and a 13.2% market share, followed by INOVANCE Automotive at 11.3%. NIO Power Technology and Lixiang Drive Technology ranked third and fourth with 9.8% and 7.2%, respectively.

FinDreams Powertrain ranked fifth with a 5.6% share. Lingsheng Powertech, InfiMotion, Tsingshan, BAIC BJEV, and Rapow Technology rounded out the top 10, with shares of 3.7%-4.6%. Overall, the market remained moderately concentrated, with automaker in-house production and third-party suppliers accounting for roughly equal shares.

From January to July 2026, China's pure-electric passenger vehicle highly integrated main drive system market showed a "one clear leader and multiple strong players" structure. FinDreams Powertrain ranked first with 471,810 sets installed and a 35.4% market share, supported by its eight-in-one e-drive systems. GLB Intelligent Power ranked second with 197,495 sets and a 14.8% share.

Lingsheng Powertech, CRRC Times Electric, and DEEPAL ranked third to fifth, followed by InfiMotion, Huawei Digital Power, NIO Power Technology, Tsingshan, and Zhixin Technology. Most of these suppliers held shares below 3%. Automaker in-house or affiliated suppliers accounted for around half of the top 10, highlighting automakers' growing involvement in highly integrated e-drive systems.

From January to July 2026, China's new energy passenger vehicle power module market showed a "clear leader followed by multiple strong players, with local suppliers gaining ground" structure. BYD Semiconductor ranked first with 1,209,244 sets installed and a 19.2% market share, supported by BYD's in-house supply chain. Infineon Technologies and CRRC Times Semiconductor ranked second and third, both with a 10.3% share.

Silan Microelectronics, Leadrive Technology, United Nova Technology, STMicroelectronics, and UAES ranked fourth to eighth, with shares ranging from 5.1% to 8.2%. StarPower and Cisco ranked ninth and tenth, respectively, both with shares below 5%. Local suppliers took eight of the top 10 spots, highlighting the accelerating adoption of domestically developed automotive power modules, including IGBT and silicon carbide products.

United Nova Technology, UAES, STMicroelectronics, and BorgWarner ranked seventh to tenth, each with a share below 4%. In the first half of 2026, China's new energy passenger vehicle SiC power module market saw foreign suppliers lead while local players continued to close the gap. Infineon Technologies ranked first with 371,990 sets installed and a 14.3% market share, followed by BYD Semiconductor with 317,557 sets and a 12.2% share.

STMicroelectronics, United Nova Technology, and Cisco ranked third to fifth, with shares ranging from 8.6% to 9.7%. UAES, GEENER, onsemi, Leadrive Technology, and Silan Microelectronics ranked sixth to tenth, each with a share below 8%. Local suppliers took six of the top 10 spots, reflecting the steady growth of domestically produced SiC solutions. With 800V high-voltage platforms gaining traction, SiC demand continues to expand, leaving the competitive landscape open to further shifts.
