Gasgoo Munich- On February 14, Anyverse Dynamics, a general embodied intelligence robotics company, announced the completion of an Angel+ financing round exceeding 200 million yuan. Existing investors—including Sequoia China, Linear Capital, GL Ventures—continued to back the company. They were joined by new participants such as Shenzhen Capital Group, Sinovation Ventures, Pu Capital, etc.
Anyverse Dynamics stated that proceeds from this round will accelerate the development of its "general brain" for robotics and its hardware body, driving large-scale deployment of its products across customer scenarios both at home and abroad.
Alongside the close of this new financing, Anyverse Dynamics also announced that its third funding round is nearing completion, bringing total raised capital to 800 million yuan.
Previously, Anyverse Dynamics closed its initial 300 million yuan Angel round in November 2025, led by Sequoia China and Linear Capital.

Founded in 2025 by Zhang Yufeng, former president of Horizon Robotics' intelligent automotive division, Anyverse Dynamics focuses on building a "general brain" and "operational intelligence" for robots. The company aims to break through critical bottlenecks in hand-eye-brain coordination, transforming embodied intelligence into widely deployable, continuously evolving infrastructure. Driven by both general foundational model research and the application of expert models, it is dedicated to providing global customers with software-hardware integrated, highly reliable embodied intelligence solutions.
To date, Anyverse Dynamics has secured multiple key breakthroughs in both technological R&D and commercialization.
At the algorithmic level, the company has constructed an end-to-end multimodal large model embedded with an implicit world model. By using data-driven, high-dimensional representations to internalize environmental dynamics and physical laws, the system enables robots to possess continuously evolving capabilities in 3D perception, historical memory modeling, prediction of environmental changes, and subtle motion generation. It also builds and enhances higher-order functions like reflection and error correction, achieving significant improvements in system-level performance and robustness.
The model has achieved simultaneous breakthroughs in generalization and success rates across tasks such as industrial assembly, flexible object manipulation, and cleaning and organization, earning recognition from numerous clients.
On the hardware front, Anyverse Dynamics's robotics platform has undergone multiple iterative upgrades. Guided by design principles of software-hardware integration, anthropomorphism, and lightweight construction, the hardware configuration and software architecture of its self-developed body have been deeply optimized for the needs of dexterous operation in real-world environments. Features include a compact form factor, rapid replenishment, and collision safety, meeting strict requirements for speed, success rates, and operational duration.
Notably, Anyverse Dynamics has completed the full-stack in-house development of a domestic high-computing platform integrating "large and small brains" with over 1,100 TOPS of power. This platform is now standard equipment on its humanoid robots, fully supporting efficient on-device inference of large models, as well as the effective operation of a dual-system with shadow mode and a closed data loop.
Regarding deployment, the company's first-generation self-developed robotics platform has entered practical application in customer scenarios. Anyverse Dynamics has established strategic partnerships with leading domestic and international enterprises, including ZF LIFETEC. It has successfully completed the first phase of delivery verification and simultaneously initiated deployment in overseas markets.
