Gasgoo Munich- BOTSHARE has closed Series A and A+ funding rounds worth hundreds of millions of yuan, according to Gasgoo. The new capital pushes the company's valuation to 7 billion yuan, cementing its status as a unicorn.
BOTSHARE says the capital will shift its focus away from the display and interactive scenarios of its early days—such as tourism, corporate events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns. Instead, the funds will drive the build-out of a Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) framework and expansion into industrial sectors. The goal is to move robots from mere event attractions into frontline roles in industrial manufacturing, park operations, warehousing, and commercial services.
This marks a transition for BOTSHARE, evolving from a simple "robot rental platform" into a full-fledged "robot large-scale application service platform."

Launched in December 2025 by embodied intelligence players including AgiBot and Flycode, BOTSHARE is led by Chairman Jiang Qingsong—a partner at AgiBot—and CEO Li Yiyan, founder of Flycode. The startup has also attracted a roster of seasoned executives, including former Ele.me Vice President Chen Yanxia.
Since its official launch on December 22, 2025, the platform has marshaled a fleet of over 4,000 robots across a nationwide network. It has already logged extensive delivery experience across sectors ranging from tourism and events to retail, corporate offices, and education.
Along the way, BOTSHARE has built out its RaaS service platform, rolling out core features like a partner SaaS system, a global app, smart dispatching, and a "skill store." These tools provide the infrastructure needed for cross-regional robot deployment, standardized delivery, and multi-scenario operations.
The company is also rapidly strengthening its organizational capabilities. BOTSHARE has assembled a hybrid team of over 100 professionals with backgrounds in top-tier domestic platforms, industrial internet, robot operations, and scenario services. This has laid the groundwork for an organizational structure spanning business development, solution design, fulfillment, technical support, and ecosystem collaboration.
