Gasgoo Munich-Embodied intelligence firm DexForce Technology has closed a 1 billion yuan Series B funding round, according to a June 30 report by Gasgoo. The round drew a mix of financial investors—including Shenzhen Capital Group, Qianhai Mother Fund, Hengjian Capital, and ICBC Capital—strategic backers like Lens Technology, and state funds such as the Guiyang Digital Economy Fund. Existing stakeholders, including Nanshan Strategic Emerging Industry Investment, Chengdu Sci-tech Innovation Investment, and the Sichuan Academician Fund, also doubled down.

Proceeds will primarily drive the iteration of its underlying world model algorithms, upgrade its physics engine, and bolster data infrastructure. The capital will also refine humanoid robot capabilities and deployment in real-world scenarios, accelerating the evolution of the company's technology, product, and commercial ecosystem.

Since its inception in 2021, DexForce Technology has targeted the core tracks of physical AI and world models, adopting a long-term approach to its technical strategy. It stands as one of China's earliest firms dedicated to the full-stack self-development of physical AI. The company has committed to a definitive endgame path: combining world models, physics simulation, and real-world deployment. This forward-looking R&D pace has allowed it to outpace global giants like Nvidia and DeepMind in several core technological milestones—a strategy increasingly validated by global industry trends.

Recently, DexForce Technology's DexWorldModel topped WorldArena, a global benchmark for embodied world models. As the company's proprietary core engine, DexWorldModel models the actual laws of the three-dimensional physical world and features dynamic latent-space modeling capabilities. It achieves unified coordinate alignment and precise spatiotemporal matching, effectively resolving industry pain points such as inaccurate spatial perception and the lack of physical modeling in traditional vision solutions. By enabling AI to accurately grasp physical space, dynamic logic, and operational rules, the system supports robots in practical tasks like sorting, assembly, and dual-arm manipulation—marking the industry's shift from "visual demos" to "deployable operations."

DexForce Technology generated 100 million yuan in revenue during the first half of the year and is on track to surpass 300 million yuan for the full year. Its valuation has now exceeded 10 billion yuan.
