ENCOS has evolved from a single core component supplier into a comprehensive hardware infrastructure service provider for embodied intelligence. Anchored by this positioning, the company has built a complete chain spanning core components like robotic joint modules and smart batteries, all the way to dexterous hands, data gloves, and integrated hardware solutions for a full matrix of robots.
Specifically, ENCOS offers a portfolio of joint modules with varying sizes and torque ratings, including both outer-rotor and inner-rotor generations. These products are designed to flexibly adapt to a full spectrum of scenarios, ranging from data collection and public safety firefighting to industrial applications.

In parallel, ENCOS has developed the EC-DexHand-5F dexterous hand and the EC-Gloves data acquisition glove. The dexterous hand boasts 20 active degrees of freedom, utilizing a proprietary miniaturized planetary joint design. Each joint integrates a motor, reducer, and dual encoders to achieve high-precision hybrid force and position control.
Paired with a data glove capable of precisely reading all 20 joint angles at a communication frequency of 1 kHz, the system bridges the entire loop from data collection and model training to real-world deployment.
Looking ahead, ENCOS is set to roll out a new series of flat-wire motors. Compared to traditional round-wire motors, these offer higher slot fill, greater power density, and superior heat dissipation—delivering higher torque in a smaller footprint. Switching a joint module to flat-wire technology can boost core performance by over 20%, significantly enhancing the power density and integration of the module.
On the commercial front, leveraging its iterative product capabilities and capacity for mass delivery, ENCOS has partnered with numerous robotics firms and cross-industry clients.
