Gasgoo Munich- Jiangsu Eyou Robot Technology Co., Ltd., a domestic developer of integrated servo joints, has recently completed a Series B round raising more than 200 million yuan, according to Gasgoo Embodied Intelligence.

Twelve institutions participated in the round, including prominent domestic and foreign investors such as Samsung Venture Investment, Guofang Venture Capital, Jiaqiao Capital, Huaan Jiaye, Huayi Venture Capital, Jiayou Fund, Nantong Investment Management, Fujia Shares, Xishan State Investment, Xidong Industrial Investment Fund, CATL Zhichuang, and Guoxing Investment. Existing shareholders—including Jiaqiao Capital, Huayi Venture Capital, Jiayou Fund, Xishan State Investments, and Xidong Industrial Investment Fund—increased their stakes.

With this latest round, Jiangsu Eyou Robot Technology Co., Ltd. has secured three consecutive financings this year, attracting over 20 institutions and raising a total of more than 500 million yuan.

The company plans to use the proceeds to develop core joint technologies and invest in automated production facilities.

Amid this surge in orders, Jiangsu Eyou Robot Technology Co., Ltd. established the world's first fully automated production line for integrated joints earlier this year at the Shanghai Zhangjiang Robot Valley. The line produces a harmonic joint in just 60 seconds, achieving a 98% pass rate across the entire process. Additionally, the company has put 36,000 square meters of factory space into use at its Wuxi core production base and purchased 34 mu of industrial land for a new smart manufacturing facility, which will eventually support a delivery capacity of 10 million units.
