Gasgoo Munich- Flycode announced on February 27 that it has closed a new round of strategic financing, backed by Hangzhou Jintou Capital Management, the investment arm of the Hangzhou Financial Investment Group.
Proceeds from this round will primarily bolster Flycode's ecosystem strategy—combining technical foundations, leasing implementation, and IP empowerment. The company plans to accelerate its recruitment of city partners nationwide and further solidify its commercial closed-loop in embodied intelligence.
Prior to this, Flycode closed an Angel+ round worth tens of millions of yuan in 2025, with backing from Rongyi Investment, Muhua Sci-tech Innovation, and AgiBot. The company had also earlier secured a strategic investment from iFlytek. This latest announcement marks three funding rounds for Flycode in just one year.
Established in October 2024, Flycode is dedicated to building a new ecosystem for embodied intelligence through "technical foundations + scenario implementation + IP empowerment." To that end, the company has independently developed three core systems: FLY·Tianshu (the robot "brain""), FLY·Tianxuan (the robot "cerebellum"), and FLY·Tianxun (robotic dog patrol), delivering full-scenario intelligent capabilities.

The FLY·Tianshu system serves as the robot's "brain," fusing LiDAR, visual sensing, and voice interaction to enable multimodal intelligent interaction and autonomous navigation. Acting as the "cerebellum," the FLY·Tianxuan system specializes in motion control and action choreography, while FLY·Tianxun targets quadruped robots for patrol and security scenarios. Working in synergy, these three systems allow for rapid integration of multi-brand robots without requiring hardware modifications.
Furthermore, Flycode has established two wholly-owned subsidiaries to create a unique commercial loop. Feiyao Tech focuses on robot leasing and performance services, using a "light-asset model" to penetrate high-frequency scenarios like commercial exhibitions and cultural tourism events. Flycode Media, operating as China's first robot IP MCN agency, incubates a matrix of distinctive robot IPs to inject content traffic value into the technology, achieving efficient "tech-to-business" conversion.
Notably, the "Qingtianzu" open leasing platform—which has recently gained significant traction in the robotics sector—was jointly launched by AgiBot, Flycode, and other embodied intelligence players. Adopting a "shared leasing + platform scheduling" model, it allows users to book robots from various brands based on specific scenarios, making robot rentals as convenient as borrowing a shared power bank.
Through the National Robot Leasing Alliance, Flycode has achieved scaled operations across brands and regions. The company now serves over 280 clients nationwide with more than 1,000 systems deployed. It has achieved stable commercial application in sectors such as entertainment, security, education, exhibitions, and commercial performances, while forging deep partnerships with leading robotics brands including AgiBot, Unitree, and Accelerated Evolution.
