On January 4, GENISOM AI announced it has recently closed successive funding rounds totaling hundreds of millions of yuan. The latest round drew backing from AGIBOT, Gui'an Kunpeng Fund, Jinma Rides, KELI SENSING TECHNOLOGY, Shenzhen Highpower Technology Co., Ltd. and others, with proceeds earmarked for scaling and promoting core products, expanding its new product lineup, strengthening channel networks, building out the supply chain, and upgrading partner enablement.
GENISOM AI is pursuing embodied intelligence across industries through a dual engine of technology products and scenario-based ecosystems. To that end, the company has built a deep presence across both the core hardware and software of embodied AI.
On the hardware side, its fully self-developed integrated joint modules have been engineered into a standardized, platform-based product series. They not only power the company's own quadruped robots, but are also available to ecosystem partners — helping lower development barriers across the sector.
On software and tooling, GENISOM AI launched MATRiX, a fully open-source simulation platform that integrates scenario building with simulation and debugging. It is designed to tackle the high costs, low efficiency and slow data iteration that often plague the journey from virtual simulation to real-world deployment.

Built on these technologies, two flagship models have already scaled into mass production. By late December 2025, the company reached the milestone of 5,000 mass-production deliveries, with revenue exceeding 100 million yuan and signed intent orders topping 300 million yuan.
Among them, the lightweight quadruped "Gangbeng L1" is designed for security and inspection in medium- to light-load scenarios; it weighs 15 kg and offers IP54 protection, 20 cm obstacle clearance, and 50% power redundancy. The heavy-duty "Tongchui M1," built for demanding electricity and firefighting environments, weighs 35 kg, delivers a near 1:1 payload ratio, carries an IP67 rating, and operates from -20°C to 55°C.
GENISOM AI's solutions have been validated and deployed across multiple verticals: in the power sector, its quadruped robots have joined inspection tasks at the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center; in firefighting, it introduced an air-ground collaborative rescue solution; and in commercial entertainment, it created the "Gangbeng Big Challenge" parent-child project — exploring new tech-enabled business models.
About "Seeds Discovery":
Gasgoo's "Seeds Discovery" column aims to build a platform that links startups, industry-ecosystem partners, investment institutions and local governments — empowering the value chain end to end. Since its launch, the column has focused on uncovering companies, technologies and business models with the potential to guide the industry through the wave of intelligent transformation, driving the growth of innovation. According to Gasgoo, nearly all startups featured in "Seeds Discovery" have successfully connected with ecosystem resources across the value chain.
