Gasgoo Munich-Jijia Vision has secured another 1 billion yuan in a B2 funding round. The round saw participation from a consortium of global sovereign funds, industrial capital, financial institutions, and state-owned platforms, including Singapore's Lion City Capital, the China-Belgium Fund, CDT Investment, Wanxiang Qianchao, Fosun RZ, Huacai Chuangying, Jin Venture Capital, Deyi Capital, Huacang Capital, and Yuanshi Fund. Existing shareholders such as Guozhong Capital, Fortune Capital, and Turing Asset Management also increased their investment significantly.
Prior to this, Jijia Vision closed a 1 billion yuan Pre-B round in March and a 1.5 billion yuan B1 round in April. This brings the company's total financing to 3.5 billion yuan within three months.
Proceeds from this round will primarily fuel continued investment in Jijia Vision’s "Double Pyramid" data and algorithm framework, the research and iteration of its physical AGI foundation model, and the large-scale deployment of applications in both consumer (C-end) home settings and industrial (B-end) scenarios.

Jijia Vision’s "Double Pyramid" consists of a Data Pyramid and an Algorithm Pyramid. The Data Pyramid comprises five layers, from bottom to top: internet video data, real human data, world model simulators, synthetic simulation data, and real robot data. Jijia Vision is the first in the industry to deploy a systematic, full-stack layout across all five layers of the data pyramid. The Algorithm Pyramid, meanwhile, is divided into three layers: world simulation, action alignment, and experience reinforcement.
Building on the "Double Pyramid," Jijia Vision has developed a "World Generation-Action" dual-model system. The World Generation model is designed to understand, simulate, and generate the physical world, providing the data, simulation foundation, and pre-training parameters for the action model. The World Action model translates the world model's understanding and predictions into actionable strategies for robots.
Centered on this unified world model capability, Jijia Vision currently offers two categories of products and services. The first provides foundational model capabilities to industry partners, while the second delivers AGI-native products that bring model capabilities directly into the physical world—represented by the Shiguang series for households and the Maker series for industrial use.
On the consumer front, Jijia Vision’s first product, the Shiguang S1, has secured the industry’s first 100-unit order for real-world home scenarios, with mass operations scheduled to begin in the third quarter of 2026. The next-generation general home robot, the Shiguang S2, is set to launch in the third quarter, with pre-orders for the Founder’s Edition opening simultaneously.
On the business side, Jijia Vision is moving from single-point verification toward mass production in industrial manufacturing settings. Additionally, its DriveDreamer series of autonomous driving world models has signed designated development and mass production deals with numerous top-tier domestic and joint-venture OEMs, as well as AI chip giants and Tier 1 suppliers. The company currently serves over 30 leading OEMs and autonomous driving companies globally.
