Gasgoo Munich- Linkhou Robot has officially closed a Series B round worth hundreds of millions of yuan, Gasgoo has learned. The roster of investors features prominent names like SMIC IC Fund, Houwei Capital, Sequoia China, Guotai Junan Innovation Investment, and Hefei Construction Investment Capital. Existing backers—including Agibot, Boyuan Capital, Jinding Capital, and CRRC Capital’s Huayu Transformation Fund—also doubled down, underscoring their confidence in the company’s long-term trajectory.
Just this past February, the company secured more than 100 million yuan in a Pre-Series B round led by NIO Capital. That deal also brought in new stakeholders, including CRRC Capital's Huayu Transformation Fund, Qianyan Investment, and Qiaodao Investment.

Building on a solid foundation in industrial automation, Linkhou Robot is aggressively expanding into embodied intelligence. The strategy is a dual-engine model: pairing traditional automation with embodied intelligence capabilities.
Leveraging over a decade of expertise in visual perception and motion control, the company moved deeper into core components for embodied intelligence starting in 2023. It has since rolled out visual modules and wheeled chassis products.
Today, Linkhou Robot offers a comprehensive product matrix covering critical components like robotic "eyes" and "limbs." This setup fully closes the hardware loop for humanoid robots—spanning perception, motion, and execution.
Beyond product design, the company relies on mass production and full-process lean management to ensure stable, reliable deliveries.
The firm has established an end-to-end manufacturing system with rigorous controls across the board. From simulation and production to after-sales service, every step is traceable, manageable, and upgradeable. In terms of capacity, a single shift can produce 80,000 visual modules and over 20,000 wheeled chassis or wheeled humanoid robot units annually.
Building on this momentum, Linkhou Robot plans to launch its new TX-S2 wheeled robot chassis module in April. The unit features an innovative four-wheel steering and four-wheel drive mechanical structure, allowing it to navigate freely through tight spaces and complex terrain alike.
On the perception front, the chassis module supports optional high-precision 2D or 3D LiDAR. Combined with upgraded navigation algorithms, it achieves centimeter-level environmental recognition and dynamic obstacle avoidance. The TX-S2 also integrates deeply with Linkhou's industrial smart manufacturing platform, enabling high-speed connectivity with MES systems and over 100 types of industrial equipment. It supports multi-machine collaboration and remote cloud scheduling.
