Gasgoo Munich — Neolix has closed a Series E round worth nearly $400 million, the company announced on October 20.
Boyu Investment and a national-level fund co-led the round. They were joined by Alibaba AEF NextGen Hong Kong Fund, Monolith, GGV Capital, Vertex Growth (under Temasek), Meridian Capital, GAC Capital, Jinding Capital, Langma Peak Venture Capital, CP Robotics, Linghang Xinjie, and Gaohu Capital. Early and long-term shareholders — including Stone Venture, Xincen Capital, Gaocheng Investment, Yunqi Capital, SoftBank Asia, E-Town Capital, Zhechuang Investment, Huixin Fund, CDH VGC, Chaoxi Capital, Yaotu Capital, Shanshui Capital, and Gaorong Ventures — reinvested. Gaohu Capital served as the exclusive financial adviser.

The deal sets a new benchmark as China’s largest single autonomous-driving fundraising this year. Neolix has now raised more than 10 billion yuan in total, giving it the industry’s deepest funding pool for autonomous delivery vehicles.
Over the past year, Neolix has made sharp strides in both commercial rollout and technology development.
The company continues to operate the world’s largest fleet of autonomous delivery vehicles. Starting with e-commerce and express logistics, Neolix has built a transport network that serves a broad range of shippers — consistently delivering measurable cost savings and efficiency gains for clients.
On the tech front, Neolix is pushing an industry-leading, vision-centric end-to-end foundation model. By unifying cloud, edge, and vehicle models into a single architecture, the company has built the sector’s most powerful data flywheel — linking operations, data, and algorithms to drive scale and sharpen efficiency.
Overseas, Neolix was an early mover and now leads in global deliveries of autonomous delivery vehicles. The company is steadily rolling out its vehicles and services across the Middle East, Europe, East Asia, Southeast Asia, and Australia.
