Gasgoo Munich- Noetix Robotics announced on March 2 that it has closed a Series B financing round totaling nearly 1 billion yuan.
Prior to this, embodied robotics players like LimX Dynamics, LinkerBot, GALAXEA, and AI² Robotics all secured billion-yuan rounds in their Series B financings. That puts 1 billion yuan as the new baseline for embodied intelligence startups entering the Series B stage.
This round's proceeds will primarily focus on deepening presence in home consumer scenarios and accelerating industrialization, pushing humanoid robots from technical validation into a commercial closed loop.
According to the company, this brings the total number of financing rounds completed since its inception to nine.
Centered on a dual-drive technology roadmap of "bipedal + bionic" systems, Noetix Robotics aims to drive the rapid penetration of embodied intelligence robots in the mass consumer market. To date, the company has rolled out a suite of products, including the humanoid robots N2 and E1, the bionic robot "Xiao Nuo," and the high-performance humanoid "Xiao Bumi."

Notably, "Xiao Bumi" and "Xiao Wantong N2" recently appeared on the CCTV Spring Festival Gala, performing in the skit *Grandma's Favorite*. During the show, four bipedal humanoid robots and one bionic humanoid robot coordinated flawlessly with renowned artist Cai Ming, delivering a visual spectacle that fused technology with the arts.
According to previously released data, "Xiao Bumi" officially launched pre-sales on the evening of October 23, 2025, surpassing 200 units sold within just three hours. By the end of 2025, combined online and offline orders for the robot had reached several thousand units, with initial deliveries for some orders slated to begin this month.
This signals that Noetix Robotics has essentially achieved mass production and closed the loop on scenario application. Building on this foundation, the company is scaling up production and actively pushing its products into international markets.
Zhang Shipu, co-founder of Noetix Robotics, recently revealed that the company has identified five core markets: North America, Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Japan and South Korea. It plans to complete the first batch of overseas deliveries—totaling 1,000 units—by the second quarter of 2026. To achieve this, the company is building a flexible production and supply chain system that integrates ERP and MES. This system is designed to handle customized inquiries, scaled manufacturing, and localized after-sales service for overseas markets.
Separately, Noetix Robotics plans to deploy its robots in schools, science museums, and residential communities in the near term. Through these scenario-based demonstrations, the company aims to let more consumers experience the value of robotics firsthand.
