Gasgoo Munich- OakCreek Tech recently secured tens of millions of yuan in consecutive angel and angel+ financing rounds.
The angel round was co-led by Lingyi Ventures and Cloud Angel Fund, with participation from Linkge Ventures. The angel+ round saw strategic investment from three leading humanoid robot manufacturers — Songyan Dynamics, Accelerated Evolution, and Luming Robotics — alongside existing shareholder Lingyi Ventures.
Proceeds from the raise will primarily fund R&D into cutting-edge embodied intelligence technologies, the exploration of multi-scenario business models, and global business expansion.

Founded in June 2025 and headquartered in Beijing, OakCreek Tech is dedicated to building a general intelligent system foundation and application ecosystem. Above that, the company has rolled out nearly ten lightweight applications, including ODance for dance generation, OHand for custom grasping, and ONav for semantic navigation. These cover critical areas such as whole-body motion control, cross-environment navigation, long-horizon task understanding, and multimodal decision-making.
Furthermore, OakCreek Tech has developed a "plug-and-play" standardized solution that slashes the time needed to adapt algorithms for humanoid robots from months to just days. The system has already been successfully integrated with multiple mainstream bipedal and wheeled humanoid models.
As hardware production for humanoid robots ramps up, the battleground for industry competition is shifting toward software and application ecosystems. Vendors of general software infrastructure — those capable of cross-platform adaptation and standardized module output — are poised to become critical nodes in the supply chain. They are the ones likely to drive embodied intelligence from the era of customized development into a new phase of mass deployment.
