Founded in 2026, PHYMI secured early backing from leading financial investors, industrial capital, and prominent tech firms. That diverse investor base highlights market confidence in the company's long-term vision.
PHYMI focuses on building capabilities as AI crosses the digital frontier into the physical realm. The company argues that with the rise of multimodal large models and Agentic AI, artificial intelligence is hitting a new inflection point. Expectations are shifting from simply "getting an answer" to "setting a goal and letting intelligence drive the outcome autonomously."
Unlike the digital world, the physical world has no preset script. Space is expansive, environments and demands shift constantly, and the outcome of one action can alter the path forward. With this in mind, PHYMI does not define capability by fixed workstations, isolated scenarios, or repetitive tasks in preset flows. Instead, it is dedicated to building Physical Agents designed for an open, dynamic reality.
On the technical front, PHYMI has constructed a full-stack system comprising PHYMI BRAIN, PHYMI BODY, PHYMI DATA, and PHYMI LINK.
PHYMI BRAIN serves as an embodied intelligence model system covering multimodal perception, world modeling, reasoning and planning, and action generation. PHYMI BODY constitutes the robotic hardware, encompassing mechanics and actuation, computing and communication, full-modal sensing, energy systems, and safety reliability. PHYMI DATA is responsible for accumulating multi-view, cross-modal real-world dynamic data and task feedback. PHYMI LINK connects humans, Physical Agents, and the environment, facilitating human-machine interaction and multi-agent collaboration.
PHYMI says its goal is to use this full-stack architecture to enable Physical Agents that do more than just execute movements. They must be capable of sustained action and task completion within an open, dynamic reality — ultimately achieving human objectives.
