On February 24, Inspire Robots announced it had recently closed C1 and C2 financing rounds, pulling in several hundred million yuan.
The C1 round was co-led by China Mobile Chain Leader Fund and Shenzhen Capital Group, with participation from Boyuan Capital, Fortune Capital, and Primavera Capital. The C2 round was led by the Beijing Artificial Intelligence Industry Investment Fund, joined by Qiming Ventures, Boyuan Capital, Primavera Capital, Jinshi Digital Economy Fund, and TCL Ventures.
Proceeds will primarily fuel R&D in dexterous manipulation and innovation in core components, while also boosting delivery capacity. The capital will also help expand global market reach and accelerate commercialization.

Founded in 2016, Inspire Robots has zeroed in on the research and innovation of dexterous hand technology. By mastering underlying core component technologies, the company has built a full-stack software and hardware portfolio. It now achieves full self-development and production of key upstream parts—including miniaturized motors, planetary roller screws, reducers, and sensors—giving it complete in-house R&D capabilities from individual components to integrated systems.
The company has also established a comprehensive suite of testing and mass-production processes. To meet the demands of high-intensity, complex environments like industrial manufacturing and data collection, it has developed rigorous standards for salt spray, extreme temperatures, vibration, and water resistance.
Inspire Robots has developed a diverse portfolio of dexterous hand series, covering high, medium, and low degrees of freedom for a wide range of downstream applications. Beyond linkage-based designs, the company is advancing tendon-driven and direct-drive technologies. This dual approach serves both mass-production OEMs that demand high reliability and research institutions requiring high-degree-of-freedom systems for forward-looking development.

During the recent Year of the Horse Spring Festival Gala, Inspire Robots's dexterous hand made a cameo in the sketch "Grandma's Favorite." That appearance on a national stage underscored the product's stability and quality under the pressure of live performance—bringing the advantages of Chinese-made robotic hands to an audience of millions.
In 2025, annual deliveries of Inspire Robots's dexterous hands topped 10,000 units. Building on that momentum, the company has established a global client network, with its business footprint now extending across the United States, Canada, and Europe.
