Gasgoo Munich-Wuwen AI recently closed a Series A round worth hundreds of millions of yuan — marking its second major funding haul this year.
The round was led by HongTai Fund, with participation from Hongshan Capital, CEC Digital Finance, and Lion Capital. Existing shareholders—including Bridge Capital, Leaguer Financial, Leaguer Zhongke, and Chengkai Lingcheng Future Fund—opted to increase their stakes significantly. Potential Capital acted as the long-term financial advisor.

The capital will be funneled into R&D and scaling efforts for Physical AI infrastructure, focusing on four key areas: advancing the "World Model" to enhance understanding of space, time, object interaction, motion, and physical laws, while strengthening causal reasoning; expanding the production of high-quality, real-world physical interaction data and continuously upgrading the automated data factory; constructing a large-scale, high-precision, interactive SimReady asset ecosystem and a World Simulator; and refining the Real2Sim2Real full-loop pipeline and standardized evaluation capabilities to close the circle between data production, model training, simulation verification, and real-world feedback.
Wuwen AI has independently developed the Physical AI data platform "Wuyin" and the World Simulator "Wuqiong." Built around a tech stack combining "World Model × Data Factory × World Simulator," the company has established a Real2Sim2Real loop that moves from capturing the world to generating it, and finally simulating it.
The company has already penetrated core sectors including logistics and warehousing, industrial manufacturing, home services, and commercial retail. It has stockpiled hundreds of thousands of hours of high-quality real-world physical interaction data, with a monthly production capacity exceeding 20,000 hours. On the simulation front, the speed of building SimReady assets has been slashed from three days per asset to just five minutes—a roughly 300-fold acceleration—resulting in a library of over one million SimReady assets.
As Embodied AI accelerates its shift from technical validation to real-world application, industry competition is evolving beyond isolated capabilities like models and hardware to encompass the underlying infrastructure of data, simulation, and evaluation.
