Gasgoo Munich-On July 10. Ma Lei, Onvo's head of brand marketing and communications, stated that the company's three core models—the L90, L80, and L60—are maintaining market stability. Over 80% of buyers for all three vehicles selected the version equipped with the Shenji chip, making this configuration the mainstream choice among owners.
According to the company, the Shenji chip features core capabilities including real-world inference computing, high memory bandwidth, multi-modal processing, high-speed interconnects, and reliable mass production. It is positioned as a leading in-vehicle intelligent driving chip in terms of overall performance. This hardware architecture primarily supports advanced autonomous driving calculations and multi-dimensional human-machine interaction, ensuring the smooth operation of the vehicle's intelligent systems.

Supported by the Shenji chip's hardware, Onvo has made significant advancements in product intelligence. While flagship smart driving chips are typically reserved for high-end luxury vehicles, Onvo has standardized this hardware across its entire lineup of models priced between 200,000 and 300,000 yuan. This strategy has provided all three vehicles with an advantage in intelligent hardware within their respective segments.
As competition intensifies and products become increasingly similar in China's new energy passenger vehicle market, smart hardware and computing power have emerged as critical areas for differentiation. By making its flagship self-developed chip standard across the lineup, Onvo has widened the hardware gap against rivals in the same price bracket. The high selection rate confirms that this strategy aligns with current consumer trends.
