The general manager of Shanghai GM, Ding Lei, emphasized in an interview: "The auto pavillion is a showcase of the future, but from now on, our products will bridge the distance between the present and the future."
As part of the plan, in the following five years, Shanghai GM will launch 12 new engines, all concentrated on the 1.4L-2.5L displacement sector. These engines have more powerful dynamic performance and better fuel economy and will become the main products of GM, accounting for 95% of its total sales.
