Gasgoo Munich-SHAREBOT is accelerating its national footprint, with 20 operation centers now officially online across cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Hangzhou.
Serving as regional hubs for embodied intelligence operations, these centers integrate market expansion, project delivery, ongoing service, and ecosystem collaboration. They support the extension of national robot services into regional markets, driving the shift from one-off projects to routine, industrialized deployments that blend deeply into local business environments.

With significant differences in regional industrial structures and scenario demands, scaling robot services hinges on matching standardized capabilities with localized needs. Operating as local business entities, SHAREBOT's centers engage directly with government and corporate clients to align requirements, tailor solutions, and drive business growth. This allows the platform to rapidly deploy proven solutions for commercial events, cultural tourism performances, and science education.
Central to this strategy is the "Worken" concept — a standard unit for measuring robot productivity that is describable, measurable, deliverable, and replicable. Clients can access services on demand and pay based on performance, significantly lowering the barriers to entry and organizational costs for adopting robotics.
Fulfillment relies on a collaboration between operation centers and city service nodes. The centers manage regional client relations and project organization, while city nodes provide nearby multi-brand robot supply and standardized delivery. During this year's National Day holiday, local centers executed nearly 200 "Robot Wonder Night" events nationwide, validating the ability to replicate unified solutions across regions.
