Gasgoo Munich- Gasgoo has learned that SiEngine showcased a range of products at the 19th Beijing International Automotive Exhibition on April 24, 2026. The company, focused on high-performance automotive-grade and industrial chips, is evolving from a chip supplier into an edge-side intelligent computing platform.

During the show, SiEngine put its "Dragon Eagle" series cockpit chips, "Star" series intelligent driving chips, and the industrial-grade "Dragon Eagle One" on display. The lineup also featured the "Tiangong 100" AI accelerator and a newly added SerDes chip product line. The company revealed that adaptation for its "Dragon Eagle Two" chip is slated to begin in the first quarter of 2027. Building on this hardware, SiEngine rolled out solutions spanning integrated cockpit, driving, and parking systems, AI cockpits, and mid-to-high-level cockpit-driving integration. It is also extending its reach into edge-side fields like industrial intelligence and embodied AI.
On the strategic front, SiEngine inked agreements with Yutong Group, WeRide, and Shouchuan Microelectronics. The partnership with WeRide aims to merge chip computing power with algorithmic technology to drive mass production of cost-effective autonomous driving solutions. Yutong, acting as a strategic investor, will help SiEngine break into the commercial vehicle market, balancing its presence between passenger and commercial sectors. Meanwhile, the collaboration with Shouchuan Microelectronics is set to bolster the company's product portfolio in high-speed connectivity.
Since launching the 7-nanometer "Dragon Eagle One" cockpit chip in 2021, SiEngine has aggressively pursued cross-domain integration, evolving from integrated cockpit-driving-parking systems toward deep cockpit-driving fusion and central computing. Dr. Wang Kai, founder and CEO, noted that while SiEngine's roots are in automotive-grade scenarios, the company is now replicating its core capabilities into broader edge-side applications. He predicts that edge intelligence is poised for rapid expansion over the next five years.
