Gasgoo Munich- Gasgoo reported on April 12 that at the 2026 Smart Electric Vehicle Development High-level Forum, Jiang Tao, CEO of Voyah Automotive Technology Co., Ltd., addressed the theme "Embracing AI, Deepening User Value, and Reshaping the New Ecosystem of Auto Consumption." He outlined the characteristics of this new stage of consumption, disclosed Voyah's development achievements and AI practices, and shared future plans, emphasizing a commitment to long-termism focused on user value and AI empowerment across the entire industrial chain.

Jiang Tao noted that Voyah, Dongfeng's high-end smart new energy brand, has established a full product matrix covering sedans, SUVs, and MPVs. To date, production has surpassed 300,000 units, serving a user base of over 300,000. The Net Promoter Score (NPS) for 2024 reached 72.7%. Additionally, the company listed on the Hong Kong stock market on March 19, 2026, becoming the first high-end automotive stock among central state-owned enterprises.

Jiang Tao pointed out that the ultimate form of the smart electric vehicle remains undefined, with intelligence poised to profoundly shape industry development and consumer choices. He raised three core questions: the need to redefine the standard for a "good car," as the form of future vehicles may undergo massive changes; the competitive landscape of the high-end market will be reshaped, with rising prices for domestic NEVs creating room for technological innovation; and intelligence will alter car-buying decisions—those who offer an automated experience that truly understands users will win the market.

In practice, Voyah anchors its strategy on user value, employing a direct-sales model to link products, channels, and ecosystems directly. By combining user data with large-model AI, the company feeds insights back into R&D and manufacturing, creating a virtuous cycle of system-wide iteration. AI is now deeply applied across Voyah's entire chain: styling design efficiency has risen significantly, with development time for exterior body panel molds slashed from one week to 3.5 hours. Furthermore, over 80% of after-sales software issues can be resolved via remote diagnosis, and AI is used to screen for product quality anomalies.

Jiang Tao stated that Voyah has built a robust technical foundation, focusing on breaking through integration challenges in components, platform architecture, and autonomous driving systems. The company also upholds a "listening to advice" culture, converting user feedback into internal action. Looking ahead, Voyah will deepen cooperation with partners in universities, chips, and algorithms. It plans to advance the construction of an intelligent middle platform covering three dimensions—product intelligence, enterprise intelligence, and employee intelligence—empowering AI development with a foundation of data.

Jiang Tao emphasized that Voyah will adhere to long-termism and refrain from engaging in low-level price wars. By leveraging AI-driven technological iteration, model innovation, and cross-industry synergy, the brand aims to build a service ecosystem covering the full user lifecycle, working with industry partners to contribute to the construction of an automotive powerhouse.
