Gasgoo Munich- Stellantis released its second-quarter 2026 financial results on July 30. The report shows that all key financial indicators posted year-over-year growth, with net income swinging to a profit.

Net revenue for the quarter hit 43.5 billion euros, a 13% increase from 38.4 billion euros a year earlier. Regional performance diverged: North America posted a 32% surge, while South America added 6%. Europe remained largely flat, and the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific regions saw slight declines.
On the profitability front, net income came in at 300 million euros, reversing a net loss of 1.87 billion euros in the prior year. Adjusted operating income jumped 263% to 773 million euros from 213 million euros, missing the 914 million euros forecast by analysts in a Reuters survey. The adjusted operating margin stood at 1.8%, up 120 basis points annually.
Cash flow improved markedly. Industrial free cash flow for the quarter totaled 1 billion euros, a sharp increase from 31 million euros a year earlier. Industrial available liquidity stood at 44.1 billion euros by the end of the period. For the first half of the year, cumulative net revenue reached 81.6 billion euros — a 10% gain. Net income hit 670 million euros, swinging from a 2.26 billion euro loss in the prior year, while adjusted operating income surged 221% to 1.73 billion euros.
Looking ahead, Stellantis confirmed its full-year 2026 financial guidance, projecting mid-single-digit percentage growth in net revenue and a low single-digit adjusted operating margin, with plans to turn industrial free cash flow positive in 2027. Global shipments for the quarter reached roughly 1.6 million units, a 10% increase driven by North America and Europe. Stellantis ranked 43rd on the Fortune Global 500 list released in July 2026.
