Japan's Suzuki Motor Corp said on Wednesday it plans to use Volkswagen technology to make hybrid cars and electric vehicles, as the two form a capital alliance.
Chairman and CEO Osamu Suzuki also told reporters that Volkswagen approached Suzuki about a partnership.
