Gasgoo Munich- The Tanagawa High Tech Jiading project has passed final inspections and is now open for leasing, according to Gasgoo. Situated in the core of Shanghai's Jiading Hydrogen Port at 2000 Xiechun Road, the facility drew 480 million yuan in investment and spans 66,000 square meters. Once fully operational, the park aims to generate 1 billion yuan in annual output.
Comprising five multi-story production plants and two high-rise R&D towers, the park targets sectors including hydrogen energy and fuel cells, core components for new energy vehicles, digital intelligence equipment, new materials, and life sciences. The goal is to build a modern industrial hub that integrates R&D, pilot testing, mass production, and headquarters operations.

On the hardware front, the production plants are designed to accommodate pilot testing, equipment manufacturing, and components fabrication. Ceiling heights and load-bearing capacities account for heavy machinery and production line layouts, featuring reserved crane brackets, loading docks, and separate freight and passenger elevators with wide logistics access. The R&D offices offer flexible zoning suitable for headquarters, testing, and exhibitions—capable of housing everything from laboratories to light clean rooms and integrated office-display areas.
Amenities include underground and surface parking, shared conference rooms, and service spaces. Strategically located, the site sits roughly 800 meters from Tongji University's Jiading campus and 1,500 meters from the Changji East Road station on Metro Line 11, with nearby commercial plazas and housing for talent.
Tanikawa Group plans to leverage the site to attract manufacturers in new energy, digital intelligence equipment, and automotive innovation, alongside R&D platforms, regional headquarters, and modern services. Leasing is underway, with options for entire buildings or individual floors to suit a diverse range of tenants—from startups and growing ventures to large-scale manufacturers.
