Gasgoo Munich- On January 26, TE Connectivity ("TE") and Inovance officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement at Inovance's headquarters in Suzhou, marking a new phase in their collaboration in industrial automation. The partnership is designed to align complementary strengths and integrate resources across both companies, creating mutual value while contributing to the broader development of a smart manufacturing ecosystem.

Inovance has spent years building a strong presence in industrial automation, with integrated “control plus process” solutions serving sectors such as automotive manufacturing, lithium batteries, and photovoltaics. TE, with more than eight decades of technological heritage, continues to support factory automation and intelligent upgrades worldwide through its extensive connectivity and sensing portfolio.
The strategic upgrade builds on an already solid foundation. TE's solutions have previously been adopted in Inovance's MSG series servo motors, while Inovance's PLCs, servo systems, and robots have seen batch deployment within TE's own manufacturing facilities. This two-way supplier relationship has laid the groundwork for a deeper, more integrated partnership moving forward.
