ThunderSoft Partners with CORNEX Auto to Forge Strategic Partnership

Gasgoo Munich-ThunderSoft has officially signed a strategic partnership agreement with CORNEX Auto, according to a report by Gasgoo. Dated September 8, the deal marks a deep dive into the new energy intelligent cockpit sector, aiming to fast-track the mass production of related technologies.

Anchored by smart cockpit operating systems, the partnership leverages the duo's complementary strengths: ThunderSoft's software prowess and CORNEX Auto's vehicle manufacturing capabilities.

Under the agreement, the collaboration will unfold across three key areas:

First, production integration and manufacturing synergy. The partners aim to streamline the interface between software products and vehicle assembly, strengthening hardware-software integration to ensure the efficient, stable mass delivery of cockpit OS systems.

Second, product upgrades and flexible manufacturing. Driven by market demand, the companies will jointly develop customized iterations for cockpit systems, enabling flexible production across multiple vehicle models.

Third, market expansion and long-term collaboration. By establishing a sustained communication mechanism and pooling resources, the two plan to explore the smart new energy vehicle market, building a stable, mutually beneficial industrial partnership.

Looking ahead, the companies plan to use the smart cockpit OS as a foundation for deeper technical and industrial collaboration. The goal: to deliver smarter mobility experiences for consumers and inject fresh momentum into the high-quality development of the new energy vehicle sector.

Public records show ThunderSoft, founded in 2008 and listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's ChiNext board in 2015, was China's first publicly traded smart OS technology firm. It operates R&D centers in more than 40 cities worldwide. Meanwhile, CORNEX Auto's R&D center positions itself as a "world-class new energy vehicle research institution," boasting full-process, closed-loop development capabilities covering everything from vehicle R&D to testing.
