TRW Automotive Holdings Corp. announced a public offering of 11 million shares of common stock held by an affiliate of the Blackstone Group and certain members of the TRW management.
The Livonia-based auto supplier said Automotive Investors LLC holds the shares. TRW, which filed the offering with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, said it will not receive any proceeds related to the offering.
