The facility occupies a land area of 30 mu, boasting a total floor area of 71,000 square meters and an initial investment of 450 million yuan. Designed to host 2,500 engineers, the building has already welcomed over 1,000 R&D staff. By linking with the western sector's R&D, testing, mold, and prototyping centers, the new structure creates a unified, collaborative platform aimed at streamlining efficiency across the entire chain—from concept design to product prototyping.

The new hub will support cross-functional collaboration across diverse sectors, including automotive components, AI liquid-cooling servers, energy storage, controllers, robotics, and software algorithms. Tuopu Group notes that integrating these multidisciplinary teams fosters technological extension and innovation, building an ecosystem tailored for the AI era. This approach not only lowers overall costs and delivers more competitive system-level solutions but also underpins the group's "100 billion yuan sales strategy."

Design-wise, the complex adheres to a "technology-driven, human-empowered" philosophy, emphasizing functional zoning and seamless integration with the western zone's recreational and living spaces. Amenities are extensive: the sports center features a 5,000-square-meter outdoor complex with football, basketball, and tennis courts, alongside a 6,000-square-meter indoor facility housing standard basketball and tennis courts, badminton courts, table tennis tables, a boxing ring, and smart gym equipment. Beyond fitness, the building includes a café with a reading area and lounge seating. The employee canteen seats 2,000 and caters to diverse culinary preferences from both domestic and international staff. For drivers, the EV charging zone initially offers 26 smart piles, ranging from liquid-cooled ultra-fast chargers to air-cooled fast chargers and standard slow-charging units.

Tuopu Group describes the new building as a holistic hub combining R&D, exhibition, and leisure. It is designed to help the company expand its product matrix and advance its multi-track strategy, leveraging the advantages of its platform-based business model. At the same time, the facility aims to boost employee satisfaction and cohesion, providing a solid foundation for career development and teamwork.
