Gasgoo Munich-On Nov. 3, Xin Fenglong—a joint venture leveraging UBTECH’s embodied intelligent technology and Fenglong’s precision manufacturing—has rolled out a portfolio of robot joint products. The lineup spans planetary, harmonic, and linear joint modules, plus bionic facial micro-servos, targeting scenarios from humanoid and mobile robots to industrial applications.

The planetary joint modules target high-dynamic motion scenarios, delivering peak torque up to 300 Nm and torque density up to 200 Nm/kg. They support hollow cable routing and suit commercial service humanoid robots and mobile robots.
Harmonic joint modules focus on precision motion control, offering absolute and relative position accuracy of ±0.2° and ±0.05°, respectively, with a maximum reduction ratio of 161. They are tailored for light-load humanoid robots and industrial precision tasks.
Linear joint modules integrate lead screws, drives, and encoders. They deliver peak push-pull force up to 100 N and absolute position accuracy of ±0.05 mm, primarily serving bionic structures like dexterous hands and arms.
Notably, the bionic facial micro-servo launched alongside the modules has already entered mass production. Weighing under 40 g with a maximum torque of 6 kgf·cm, it supports 360° rotation and CAN communication—resolving the tight trade-off between limited facial space and drive performance in bionic robots.
As humanoid robots push toward commercial use, the integration, precision, and cost control of joint modules have become supply-chain priorities. This portfolio release signals that Xin Fenglong has built out its product lineup across rotary, linear, and micro-bionic drives. Whether these products can secure scaled deployment and broad customer adoption, however, remains to be seen.
