Gasgoo Munich- UISEE announced on August 12 that it has officially signed a strategic memorandum of understanding with ComfortDelGro Bus, Singapore's largest private bus operator. The two companies will collaborate deeply on technical validation, commercial deployment, and ecosystem integration for autonomous buses, aiming to co-create a replicable global operational model.

ComfortDelGro Bus is a unit of the multi-modal transport operator ComfortDelGro Group, with operations spanning Singapore, Australia, and the UK, and a fleet exceeding 8,000 vehicles. For UISEE, a provider of Level 4 autonomous driving solutions that established an overseas business expansion center in Singapore in 2024, this partnership marks another strategic step in the city-state's smart mobility sector.
Under the memorandum, the partners have outlined six key areas of collaboration. Priorities include deploying autonomous shuttle services by leveraging ComfortDelGro's operational and customer management expertise alongside UISEE's experience in large-scale deployment. They will also gather real-world data through pilot projects to validate technical and commercial feasibility, and work to integrate autonomous vehicles with existing fleet management and remote operations systems. Furthermore, both parties pledged to maintain communication with regulators like Singapore's Land Transport Authority to ensure compliance, while sharing data within regulatory frameworks to optimize system performance.
Since launching a fully driverless fleet at Changi Airport in January 2026, UISEE has accelerated its push to build a comprehensive "cargo and passenger" deployment ecosystem. The company regards this partnership with ComfortDelGro as a major step in its internationalization strategy — and as recognition that its quality and service standards meet the demands of mainstream global operators. Together, they will explore the full path for autonomous buses, moving from technical testing to sustainable commercial application.
