Gasgoo Munich- On May 8, Visteon released its first-quarter 2026 financial report. The report shows Visteon's Q1 net sales reached $954 million, adjusted EBITDA was $104 million, and net income stood at $31 million.

Stripping out currency and net pricing effects, Visteon's year-over-year sales growth outpaced the market by 3 percentage points. That performance was driven by new product ramps and robust customer demand, particularly as Visteon supported the launch of key models for clients like Lexus and Infiniti.
On the cash front, operating cash flow came in at $6 million, while adjusted free cash flow saw a net outflow of $23 million. Visteon noted that its balance sheet remains robust, providing ample flexibility for continued investment in the business.
On the new business front, Visteon secured $1 billion in orders during the quarter and rolled out 20 new products across 11 customers. Notably, its SmartCore™ HPC high-performance computing platform won a program award for a premium brand from a Chinese automaker. This marks Visteon's third AI cockpit platform customer in China, further cementing its position in the intelligent cockpit sector.
Visteon also reiterated its full-year 2026 guidance, projecting sales between $3.625 billion and $3.825 billion. Adjusted EBITDA is expected to range from $455 million to $495 million, with adjusted free cash flow of $170 million to $210 million.
The company said a solid start to the year, resilient customer demand, and benefits from new products will offset expected weakness in overall industry production. The impact is expected to be more pronounced in the second half, with margins improving throughout the remainder of the year. This guidance assumes that memory chip supplies will not constrain customer vehicle production.
