Gasgoo Munich- On March 1, VOYAH released delivery figures showing 18,873 vehicles delivered in the first two months of 2026—an 18% year-on-year increase. Meanwhile, the automaker is advancing multiple development initiatives, accelerating both its channel expansion and brand building efforts.

On the channel front, VOYAH added four VOYAH Space stores and one full-function user center in February, spanning 5 cities in Gansu, Jiangsu, Shaanxi, Zhejiang, and Jiangxi provinces to further refine its offline service network. As of February 2026, the company has opened 518 offline outlets across China—including VOYAH Spaces, full-function user centers, and delivery hubs—with 121 brand stations operational across 30 cities.
VOYAH is also making strides in green mobility. By February 2026, the brand had provided over 550 million kWh of charging services to users, reducing CO₂ emissions by more than 180,000 tons.
Additionally, the company announced it will list on the Hong Kong stock market on March 19. Its VOYAH Titan Black Warrior edition is also set for official launch and delivery this month, marking another strategic move in the premium new-energy vehicle sector.
According to previously disclosed plans, VOYAH will list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange via introduction. This method issues no new shares and raises no immediate capital, simply allowing existing shares to trade. The move aligns with the privatization of Dongfeng Motor Group Co. through a combined "share distribution and absorption merger" model. Dongfeng Motor Group will distribute its 79.67% stake in VOYAH to all shareholders based on their holdings, paving the way for VOYAH's introduction listing. Simultaneously, Dongfeng Motor Group (Wuhan) Investment Co. will act as the absorption merger entity. It will acquire 100% control of Dongfeng Motor Group by paying equity consideration to the controlling shareholder and cash to minority shareholders. This completes the privatization and delisting from the Hong Kong market.
As Dongfeng Motor's premium smart new-energy vehicle brand, VOYAH continues to deepen its market penetration and upgrade its services. The ongoing expansion of its physical footprint aims to bring closer experiences and support to more users. With the upcoming Hong Kong listing and the rollout of new models, the brand is poised to gain fresh momentum for future growth.
