Revenue climbed 42.4% to 18.159 billion yuan during the period, while vehicle sales revenue rose 36.2% to 16.474 billion yuan. Gross profit increased 17.7% to 3.216 billion yuan, though the gross margin slipped 3.7 percentage points to 17.7%.

The company swung to a net loss of 389 million yuan from a profit of 464 million yuan a year earlier, with a basic loss per share of 0.11 yuan. Management attributed the loss to rising raw material costs, specifically lithium carbonate and memory chips. Notably, VOYAH posted its first annual profit in 2025 at 1.017 billion yuan, though government subsidies accounted for 1.08 billion yuan of that figure.

Deliveries climbed 35.9% year-on-year to 76,264 units in the first half. Net cash from operating activities came in at 208 million yuan, leaving the company with cash and cash equivalents of roughly 6.48 billion yuan at period-end. Research and development spending rose 23.6%, with investment in smart technology and other key areas jumping 27.2%. The board decided not to recommend an interim dividend.

By June 30, VOYAH had expanded into 40 countries and regions, establishing more than 240 overseas sales outlets. Looking to the second half, the company plans to roll out a new all-electric SUV, the Zhuiguang S, alongside the VOYAH Dreamer 9.
