Shanghai (Gasgoo)- On January 12, VOYAH Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. (VOYAH) signed a deepened strategic cooperation agreement with Shenzhen Yinwang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (Yinwang), a Huawei-controlled subsidiary. The deal expands joint development of intelligent driving and smart cockpit technologies, and includes co-running consumer-facing software operations.

Under the agreement, the two will establish a joint team to operate consumer software, collaborating across the full value chain from product planning to user operations. The aim is to speed the commercialization of software services, deliver more useful, engaging and intelligent features, and enhance the in-car digital experience. The partners will also deepen cooperation in marketing, promotion and brand standards to drive vehicle sales and expand their market presence.

Adhering to the principles of resource sharing, complementary strengths, win–win cooperation and joint development, VOYAH and Yinwang will explore innovations in development models. Joint teams will co-create new application scenarios, improve development efficiency and accelerate model launch timelines.

Since VOYAH and Yinwang formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement in January 2024, the partners have focused on building an intelligent mobility experience around user needs. In 2025, VOYAH rolled out an "ALL-in intelligence" strategy, equipping its full lineup with Huawei Qiankun Intelligent Driving and the HarmonyOS cockpit. The company is also accelerating commercialization of Level 3 conditional autonomous driving. Real-vehicle tests are underway, with 110,000 km of on-road testing and 900,000 km of simulation completed to date.

Notably, the partnership extends beyond intelligent driving and smart cockpits. At the third Intelligent In-vehicle Optics Summit held in December 2025, the two said they will jointly develop a next-generation, highly integrated automotive optical solution. It includes a two-in-one smart HUD, a three-in-one smart headlamp module and a five-in-one in-car display system, slated for launch in the second quarter of 2026.

Separately, VOYAH recently signed a 10-year deepened strategic cooperation agreement with CATL. The two will cooperate broadly on battery technology, ultra-fast charging and big-data applications, providing stable battery supply and technical support for VOYAH's intelligent models. Taken together, these moves show VOYAH is pursuing a three-pronged strategy — intelligent driving, smart cockpit and battery technology. The goal is to accelerate its shift toward a premium intelligent new-energy vehicle brand.
