Gasgoo Munich- On March 9, Dongfeng Motor Group Co. announced that Voyah's proposal to list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange via introduction was approved at both the extraordinary general meeting and the H-share category meeting, receiving strong shareholder support.

Under the plan, Voyah is set to complete its introduction listing on March 19 through a share distribution, marking the debut of the first high-end new-energy vehicle stock from a central state-owned enterprise in Hong Kong. At the same time, the automaker is accelerating its product cadence this month, launching several key models.

The process for the Hong Kong listing has proceeded rapidly. Since submitting its application in October 2025, Voyah obtained multi-department approvals and completed all pre-listing compliance requirements in just four months. The strong shareholder vote reflects the capital market's confidence in Voyah's technological strategy and growth roadmap.

As of December 31, 2025, Voyah held 1,874 granted patents and had 5,405 applications pending, placing its patent growth rate among the fastest in the new-energy sector. The company also ranked in the top 10 in the 2025 rankings for authorized independent invention patents in China's auto industry, taking the top spot among secondary subsidiaries of central state-owned enterprises.

Leveraging its full-stack proprietary technology, Voyah has established a full-category lineup spanning SUVs, MPVs, and sedans, built around a "Three Flagships + SUV Duo" matrix. With 2026 designated as a major year for product launches, March features a series of debuts: On March 10, the Dream Maker Champion Edition—featuring Huawei's Qiankun ADS 4.1 system—will launch. Then, on March 17, the Taishan Ultra begins deliveries alongside the launch of the Black Warrior edition, which is the first mass-produced flagship SUV equipped with four 896-line LiDAR sensors.

Regarding autonomous driving, the Voyah Dream Maker has commenced road testing for Level 3 conditional autonomous driving, covering standard highway speed limits with vehicle functional safety reaching the ASIL-D grade. Later this year, the brand plans to unveil an MPV codenamed "Everest," scheduled to feature an L3 autonomous driving architecture to further strengthen its premium MPV portfolio.

Several Voyah models have earned recognition in industry evaluations, with the all-new Voyah Zhiyin securing multiple five-star ratings for intelligent features and health indices. As the Hong Kong listing takes effect and new models launch, Voyah is poised to expand its reach across high-end new-energy segments. Market attention is now focused on its subsequent market performance and the pace of its commercialization drive.
