At the show, Mech-Mind Robotics gave the first public demonstration of multi-robot collaboration for humanoids in industrial settings. Two robots equipped with full-stack "eye-brain-hand" technology worked autonomously to complete full-cycle tasks such as loading, assembly, and bin transport. Relying on the perception and planning of an "embodied brain" and the dexterity of Mech-Hand, the system achieved real-time coordination—offering a new automation solution for smart manufacturing and logistics.

At the same time, the company unveiled its self-developed Mech-Hand dexterous gripper. Featuring multiple degrees of freedom, the hand can perform precise movements like grasping, pinching, twisting, and lifting. Combined with a world action model that dynamically adjusts to object states, the technology is pushing robots from simple execution to sophisticated manipulation.
Eight intelligent units on display highlighted frontier applications: humanoid shelf retrieval, mass object sorting, Mech-GPT multimodal interaction, and generalized grasping of transparent objects. The showcase also featured industrial solutions already in wide use, such as high-speed loading of small parts, precision wire harness assembly, and multi-spec workpiece assembly.
Notably, Mech-Mind is tackling the industry-wide challenge of transparent material recognition. Using smart vision and AI algorithms, the system achieves precise identification of common transparent items—breaking through sorting bottlenecks in retail and healthcare. The company's technical roadmap centers on a "one brain, multiple forms" general base model, building perception, planning, and execution capabilities from real-world tasks. This approach adapts to humanoid, industrial, and collaborative robot forms alike.
Mech-Mind's products are already in bulk deployment across the automotive, new energy, 3C, and logistics sectors. Globally, installations exceed 27,000 sets, with exports reaching nearly 50 countries and regions. This scale has created an "application-data-model" flywheel effect for continuous iteration.
From industrial to service sectors, and from single-unit operations to multi-robot collaboration, Mech-Mind is leveraging reusable intelligence to expand the boundaries of robotics—accelerating the shift of physical AI from the lab into real-world industry.
