Gasgoo Munich- On March 26, Weichai Power released its 2025 annual report. Official data shows annual revenue reached 231.81 billion yuan, a 7.47% increase from the previous year. Net profit attributable to shareholders, however, fell 4.15% to 10.93 billion yuan, with basic earnings per share at 1.27 yuan. The results paint a picture of rising sales tempered by shrinking profitability.

On the business front, core products held their ground. In 2025, engine sales hit 743,000 units, up 1.3%, with exports climbing 8% to 75,000 units. Hande axle sales surged 25% to 1 million units, while Fast gearbox sales rose 7% to 911,000 units, demonstrating synergistic growth in core components. Emerging businesses gained momentum as well: revenue from the "three-electric" sector reached 3.04 billion yuan, doubling year-on-year to become a key driver of growth.
Financially, cash flow remained robust. Net cash flow from operating activities climbed 9.92% to 28.68 billion yuan. The company also proposed a dividend plan: based on 8.66 billion shares, it will distribute a cash dividend of 3.74 yuan for every 10 shares, excluding bonus share issuances or capital reserve conversions.
Amid a complex global economy and fierce industry competition, Weichai Power pushed forward with reform and innovation. It ramped up R&D spending to target breakthroughs in high-end equipment and new energy technologies, while advancing spin-off plans to optimize its capital structure. Although expenses related to overseas subsidiaries dented profits slightly, overall operations stayed steady. Core business strengths remain evident, with overseas markets now accounting for over 50% of revenue as globalization efforts deepen.
