Positioned as an "all-around comfortable large 7-seat MPV," the Starlight 730 is built on the Tianyu architecture. It measures 4,910 mm long, 1,850 mm wide, and 1,770 mm tall, riding on a 2,910-mm wheelbase. The "2+2+3" seven-seat layout yields an effective interior length of 3,331 mm and 88% rear space utilization. Powertrain options span gasoline, plug-in hybrid, and pure electric — with prices starting at 73,000 yuan. That versatility covers everything from daily family commutes to long-haul group travel. On the feature front, the Starlight 730 gets a power-sliding side door, a rare perk in this class. Plug-in and electric variants pack Wuling’s Shenlian battery, backed by a warranty on core electric components.
Overseas, the Starlight 730 has expanded into 25 markets, including Thailand and Indonesia, where it currently tops the MPV sales chart. Back home, growing travel demand from larger families is heating up competition among family MPVs priced below 150,000 yuan. The Starlight 730’s sustained momentum points to strong consumer appetite for models that blend cabin practicality with flexible powertrain options.
