This alliance sees SiEngine integrating X-EPIC's pertinent EDA verification tools, facilitating the collaborative development of automotive-grade chips and application software, thereby expediting product launches and accelerating innovation in the next generation of intelligent driving chips.
Amidst China's flourishing intelligent vehicle industry, automotive-grade chips have entered a "golden age" of development. As the sole domestic manufacturer achieving mass production of 7 nm automotive-grade chips, SiEngine's SE1000, has been extensively applied in various models such as Geely's Lynk & Co 08. Additionally, it has been listed in the recommended catalog for automotive chips from China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, presenting a fresh choice for Chinese automotive enterprises.
Leveraging X-EPIC's automotive-grade EDA verification tools, SiEngine can conduct system-level software-hardware co-simulation and debugging during the chip design phase, replicating real-world usage scenarios.
