Gasgoo Munich- On Oct. 29, alongside the launch of its X7 Ultra, XHEART disclosed the core development targets for its next-generation large-model chip, the X9: 3,000 TOPS of large-model compute and 700 GB/s of single-chip memory bandwidth. The chip is slated for a 2027 release.

As world models continue to evolve, larger-scale models are placing higher demands on chip compute, storage, and bandwidth. The X9 will carry forward the "large models define chips" technical approach, advancing hardware-software co-design around next-generation world models. By simultaneously boosting compute and memory-access capabilities, it aims to run larger models efficiently and fully unlock stronger processing power.
XHEART CEO Li Zonglin said the company will maintain its R&D cadence of "mass-producing one generation, developing the next, and pre-researching the one after," steadily completing R&D and validation at each stage. From the X7 to the X9, XHEART will continue to be driven by model requirements — readying itself for the next leap in large-model evolution.
