Alongside the deliveries update, Xiaomi EV rolled out a New Year limited-time purchase offer for its first SUV, the YU7. According to the company, buyers who place orders by midnight on Feb. 28, 2026 can access a three-year zero-interest financing plan across the lineup, with a minimum down payment of CNY 74,900 and monthly installments starting at CNY 4,961. In addition, purchasers receive limited-time benefits valued at CNY 48,000.
On Nov. 20, 2025, the 500,000th Xiaomi vehicle came off the line at the Xiaomi EV super factory in Beijing’s Yizhuang area. The milestone makes Xiaomi EV one of the fastest global new-energy vehicle brands to reach the 500,000-unit production mark.
Looking back at its ramp, Xiaomi EV delivered 135,000 vehicles in 2024, then set a 2025 target of 300,000 — later lifting it to 350,000. Its latest performance suggests the annual delivery outlook has improved further.
Lei Jun had planned a New Year’s Eve livestream at 8 p.m. on Dec. 31, 2025, promising to "chat while tearing down" the YU7 and address users’ technical questions in real time. After coming down with a cold, he postponed it to 7 p.m. on Jan. 3, 2026.
Overall, Xiaomi EV carried its delivery momentum into the end of 2025 and kept pushing on product promotion and user engagement.
